Shaanxi Automobile Holding and Xiamen C&D signed a strategic cooperation agreement

Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group (Shaanxi Automobile Holding) and Xiamen C&D Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at the Shaanxi Automobile Xi’an Commercial Vehicle Industrial Park. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on deep supply chain cooperation and global operations. Liu Yi, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shaanxi Automobile Holding, and Lin Mao, Party Secretary and Chairman of Xiamen C&D Group, attended and witnessed the signing.

At the meeting, after reviewing the cooperation process and fruitful results during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, both sides stated that they will continue to explore new models of industrial chain synergy, expand new paths for high-quality cooperation, jointly build a global operational synergy system, optimize full-chain supply chain services, explore cooperation in innovative fields, and work together to create a new benchmark for the industry’s overseas expansion. Through resource sharing and strong alliances, they aim to inject new momentum into the globalization of China’s manufacturing industry and supply chain.

Company leaders Zhang Jinshan, Ma Guoqiang, and Zhi Baojing participated in the event. Before the meeting, Lin Mao and his delegation visited the Shaanxi Automobile showroom and its exhibits.
