Currently, Shaanxi Automobile has built over 100 information systems supporting the main value chain, increasing IT coverage of four-level processes to 87%. Focusing on core business scenarios such as order delivery, manufacturing, and supply chain collaboration, it has built a digital foundation for decision-making, breaking down data barriers across the entire R&D, production, supply, sales, and service chain, continuously improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Deepening the integration of business and finance, it has built an integrated procurement platform, a contract management system, and an intelligent auditing system. It has established a project collaborative management platform, connecting the entire process from requirements to product development, achieving data interconnection during product development projects, and building a high-efficiency, high-concurrency, high-reliability, and high-experience integrated digital R&D management platform. The company has built the most efficient AGV flexible production line for mixed product processing in China and completed the integration of the first unmanned assembly and tightening workstation for mixed product tires in China. The project “Key Technologies and Innovative Applications of Digital Transformation of Shaanxi Automobile Group” won the first prize in the 6th “Blooming Cup” 5G Application Competition.

With a customer-centric and data-driven approach, the company integrates pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services, empowering channels, optimizing processes, and upgrading the user experience. It has built a customer relationship management system and a marketing big data platform to improve the structured nature of order configuration, innovate scenario-based marketing models, and improve decision-making efficiency through integrated marketing policies and rebate calculations. On the client side, the company has created the Shaanxi Automobile Longxing Worry-Free App, covering the entire process of direct sales of new vehicles and used vehicle trade-ins, providing one-stop service.

Making Data “Proactively Driven”

Shaanxi Automobile has established and improved its data governance system, facilities, and talent pool, forming a closed-loop governance system to achieve data empowerment across all business domains. Currently, it has built over 800 operational indicator systems, trained over 1,000 data analysis personnel, and accumulated over 3PB of data assets. Data applications cover key aspects such as quality management, procurement and inventory, and marketing decisions, driving the transformation of quality management towards reliability and customer demand orientation, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement and inventory management, enhancing the accuracy and responsiveness of vehicle configuration decisions, and promoting the transformation of marketing models towards data-driven approaches. This shifts data from “passive storage” to “active driving,” providing accurate, timely, and comprehensive data support for the company’s business analysis, forecasting, and management.

Building a Zero-Trust Architecture to Fortify the Protective Barrier

At the information security system construction and operation level, Shaanxi Automobile has built a group-wide cybersecurity protection system, effectively ensuring the security and compliance of core businesses. For internet exposure, a zero-trust architecture and business security release area have been fully deployed to enhance the group’s cybersecurity protection capabilities.

AI-Empowered Application Scenarios Accelerate Implementation

In April 2025, Shaanxi Automobile fully launched its AI transformation. Through in-depth exploration of application scenarios, an 81-item AI application list was compiled, and a “15th Five-Year Plan” for artificial intelligence was simultaneously developed. A multi-level AI strategic blueprint was constructed, comprehensively promoting the integration and innovation of computing power, platforms, models, and scenarios, and driving the full-domain empowerment of sales and service, supply chain, and other business domains.

Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group’s digital transformation has achieved key breakthroughs, from system construction to driving business change, from tool introduction to independent research and development, and from technology application to model innovation.
