Shacman i9 Electric Refrigerated Truck

Adopting SHACMAN’s core modular new energy architecture, the i9 electric refrigerated truck uses a high-strength steel frame with 800mm width, which delivers excellent load-bearing capacity while keeping the curb weight under control. The MAN 4.8T rated load front axle with drum brakes, paired with multi-leaf spring front suspension and hydraulic rear suspension, ensures stable driving even under full load conditions. The 10.00R20 mixed pattern tires and aluminum alloy air storage cylinder further balance durability and lightweight performance, making it fully compatible with frequent start-stop operations in urban complex road conditions.

The customized refrigerated cargo box for SHACMAN i9 features high-density polyurethane insulation layer, which supports adjustable temperature range from -18℃ to +25℃, perfectly covering the transportation demands of fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen meat, dairy products and temperature-sensitive medical supplies. The inner size of the cargo box reaches 4060-4150mm in length and 2100-2340mm in width, creating a large and regular loading space that maximizes cargo volume utilization. It also supports optional 120L/200L auxiliary fuel tank for the refrigeration unit, effectively extending the continuous refrigeration time for long-distance distribution.

The cab of SHACMAN i9 fully complies with ECE_R29 crash safety standards, providing full protection for drivers during daily operations. The interior adopts passenger car-level configuration: full-wrapped ergonomic hydraulic main seat, automatic constant temperature electric air conditioning, 10-inch multimedia screen with rearview camera, 7-inch color LCD dashboard and electric power-assisted steering system, which reduce driving fatigue significantly during long-hour shifts. The integral electric heating large-area rearview mirror and optional LED daytime running lights greatly improve driving safety under rainy, foggy and night conditions.
