The side wings on both sides can be fully opened horizontally in seconds, allowing forklift and manual loading and unloading operations from three directions at the same time, which cuts the single cargo handling time by more than 60% compared with traditional enclosed box trucks. The cargo box adopts high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy or composite material structure, with internal dimensions ranging from 4000mm to 5500mm in length, and the internal height can be customized according to local market needs, creating a regular and large loading space that maximizes the utilization rate of palletized and bulk cargo. 

Built on the SHACMAN i9 dedicated electric vehicle architecture, this wing van light truck is equipped with CATL high-density lithium iron phosphate battery, with optional 86.55kWh / 100.46kWh capacity versions to match different daily mileage demands. The integrated electric drive system, which integrates TM motor driver, PDU high-voltage power distribution unit, EPS power steering oil pump, ACM air compressor air pump and DC-DC converter, greatly reduces the failure rate of high-voltage components. The upgraded flat wire permanent magnet motor delivers peak torque of 360N·m, which is about 10% higher than mainstream products in the industry, providing strong power performance for full-load climbing and heavy-load starting. 

The cab of SHACMAN / SAGMOTO i9 Pure Electric Wing Van Light Truck fully meets ECE_R29 crash safety standards, with idle interior noise as low as 50.1dB, creating a quiet and comfortable driving environment. It is equipped with ergonomic wrap-around seats, automatic constant temperature air conditioning, 10-inch central control multimedia screen and 7-inch color LCD instrument panel, reaching passenger car-level interior experience. The built-in Tbox intelligent management system supports real-time vehicle positioning, battery status monitoring and remote fault diagnosis, which helps fleet managers to efficiently schedule vehicles, track operation data and reduce idle time, making it very suitable for large logistics fleets to carry out digital management.
