Shacman X3s Truck-Mounted Crane is a high-performance integrated lifting and transportation vehicle that combines the rugged reliability of Shacman’s X3s truck chassis with advanced crane lifting technology. Designed to meet the diverse needs of construction, logistics, municipal engineering, and emergency rescue operations, this truck-mounted crane offers exceptional lifting capacity, precise control, and efficient mobility, making it an ideal choice for modern working environments.
Chassis: Built on the Shacman X3s heavy-duty truck chassis, featuring a robust frame and reliable suspension system. Available in 4×2, 6×4, and 8×4 drive configurations, providing excellent traction and stability on various road conditions.
Crane System: Equipped with a high-quality telescopic boom crane, with lifting capacities ranging from 8 tons to 25 tons depending on the model. The boom length can extend from 10 meters to 30 meters, allowing for flexible operation in different working scenarios.
Engine: Powered by a high-performance Weichai diesel engine, delivering horsepower ranging from 350 to 430 HP. The engine complies with Euro VI emission standards, ensuring fuel efficiency and low environmental impact.
Transmission: Matched with a 12-speed AMT automatic or manual transmission, offering smooth shifting and optimal power distribution. The transmission is designed to handle the heavy load demands of both truck transportation and crane lifting operations.
Hydraulic System: Adopts an advanced hydraulic system with high-pressure pumps and precision valves, ensuring stable and precise lifting operations. The system supports multi-functional operations such as boom extension, retraction, and rotation, as well as load lifting and lowering.
Control System: Features an intelligent control system with ergonomic joysticks and a user-friendly display panel, allowing for easy and accurate operation. Some models may also be equipped with wireless remote control technology, enabling the operator to control the crane from a safe distance.
