Shacman 4x2 Refrigerated Truck

The SHACMAN 4×2 X9 Refrigerated Truck is a light-duty cold-chain transport vehicle built on SHACMAN’s proven X9 chassis platform. It is purpose-engineered for the safe delivery of temperature-sensitive goods—including fresh food, frozen meat, dairy, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and pharmaceuticals—across urban and regional distribution networks.

Yuchai 130 HP diesel engine with 4.214L displacement, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission (6DS50T) and lug-type gear linkage.

Yunnei D25TCIF1 150 HP engine (2.5L, 4-cylinder), delivering a maximum torque of 400 N·m, mated to a FAST C6J40T-B 6-speed gearbox and compliant with China VI emission standards.

Cummins F2.8NS6B156 156 HP option (2,499 cc, 110 kW output) with a 120L fuel tank for extended range operations.

The front axle is rated at 2.5 tons and the rear axle at 4.8–6 tons, with air braking and optional ABS/EBS for enhanced safety. Tyre specification is 7.00R16 or 8.25R20, with 6 tyres plus 1 spare.

High-quality insulation box: The insulation box adopts the thermal insulation technology. The box board is formed by a galvanized pipe frame and an environmentally friendly waterproof wood board. The middle uses a new environmentally friendly lightweight insulation material with a thickness of up to 8cm. The outer frame is made of 304 stainless steel and thickened aluminum profiles. It not only has good insulation effect, fast cooling speed, but also slow heat dissipation. It can effectively maintain the low temperature environment in the box to ensure the freshness and quality of the goods.

The truck’s refrigerated body is equipped with a high-performance cooling unit from recognized brands such as Thermo King (e.g., 580 PLUS) or equivalent domestic units, capable of achieving temperatures as low as −18°C for deep-freeze logistics. For lighter applications, an optional 3–5 ton refrigerated unit provides a temperature range of −5°C to +15°C. The system supports manual temperature control from within the cab.
