The Weichai WP12 engine delivers 430 hp and 2,000 Nm of torque, paired with a heavy-duty transmission, ensuring smooth acceleration even on gradients up to 25%. It meets Euro 6 emission standards, satisfying the requirements of relevant markets. The low-speed, high-torque design reduces fuel consumption by 8% to 10% compared to the older 6×4 model.
Lightweight U-Shaped Cargo Box:
The U-shaped cargo box is constructed from high-strength carbon fiber steel (yield strength: 600 MPa), maximizing load capacity while minimizing weight (500 kg lighter than conventional designs). The streamlined structure ensures rapid unloading and minimizes residue. A 30-second hydraulic lifting cycle provides robust support for high-frequency operations.
Enhanced Handling:
The 6×4 drivetrain (front axle: 7.5 tons, rear axle: 16 tons x 2) balances stability and agility, with a turning radius of ≤9.5 meters, making it suitable for narrow mining roads and construction sites.
